When you use UrbanSetu, we collect: (a) account information (name, email, phone); (b) service address and location; (c) booking history and reviews; (d) payment information (processed via PCI-compliant gateways, never stored on our servers); (e) device information and usage analytics.

2. How we use your data

• Match you with verified pros within your service area
• Process payments and refunds
• Send booking notifications, updates, and customer support
• Improve our AI matching, concierge, and pricing algorithms
• Track your carbon impact (Green initiative) — opt-out anytime

3. Data sharing

We share your name, phone, and service address with the assigned pro so they can complete the job. We never sell your data. We may share anonymized analytics with research partners (e.g., carbon impact studies).

4. Your rights (DPDP Act 2023)

You can request data export, correction, or deletion at any time via privacy@urbansetu.in. We respond within 7 business days.

5. Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Payments are PCI-DSS compliant. We conduct quarterly security audits.
