What is the priority fee for?
It buys same-day attention — it goes to getting someone to drop what they are doing and come to you. A scheduled booking does not have it.
What if nobody accepts?
The request expires after 15 minutes and nothing is charged. Send it again, or book a scheduled visit instead.
Is the price final?
The service price and the fee are. Parts are not included — if something needs replacing the pro tells you the price before fitting it, and you can say no.
When do I pay?
After the work. The completion OTP you give the pro is what releases the payment, so nothing moves until you are satisfied.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time before a pro arrives, at no charge.
How do I know who is coming?
Once someone accepts you see their name, their profile and their live location. Every pro is KYC-verified before they can take work.

A scheduled visit skips the ₹150 fee and you pick the slot.
